Last 5 plus years working strictly as a consultant for small to large clients serving many roles such as Project Manager, Architect, and Developer. Most recent technologies PL/SQL with Oracle, and .NET with SQL Server 2000. Serving industries such as Medical, Government (Federal and Local), Utilities, E-Commerce, and Management. Also, my vast experience includes 2 years as Software Development Manager for large scale USAF project and 4 years as a Data Base Administrator.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Consulting BOES Integrated Technologies, Inc.
Architect/Developer
Responsibilities included database analysis, investigation, reviewing, documenting functional/physical requirements, code reviewing, and coding for existing interface points (Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures) that connect existing legacy systems to the new centralized DWMS. Primary focus is working on Time and Labor issues and interfaces that are then ported to PeopleSoft Financials.

Was tasked to finish an application that was about 35% completed, but complete the task with NO documentation. Performed reverse engineering of existing undocumented code for .NET front end and database existing on the backend. Created new PO system, task tracking system, and time and labor entry system, while creating all associated new tables, indexes, and stored procedure on the database. Application was a Facilities Management .Net application for a management company that is responsible for Dayton Power and Light's (DP&L) fleet of vehicles.

Was tasked to finish an application that was about 50% completed, but complete the task with NO documentation. Performed reverse engineering of existing undocumented code for .NET front end and database existing on the backend.

Project Manager/Architect
Was tasked as PM/Architect to oversee and design a custom .NET/SQL Server based application for a property management company. Responsibilities included project tracking, budgeting, estimating tasks, project tracking, business analysis, business design, and overseeing development and unit/implementation testing.

Architect/Developer

Helping setup, maintain, test database and implement into production then maintaining of after production with an Application DBA role.

Was tasked to create SQL*Loader scripts to load mainframe data from DB2 mainframe into an Oracle database for marketing evaluation and reporting. Duties included creating of all tables, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures. Perform database tuning and calculate all future DASD requirements (storage). Software Development Manager/DBA
Was tasked as the software development manager to oversee a two-year document management project for the USAF and DoJ. Project was a customized system that was to be used to capture and store 35 fields from over 440,000 documents for query and research for litigation on the C130 Gunship. Management duties included interviewing, business analysis, design, coding, code review, and reporting project status to high-level Air Force, Civilian management, and DoJ Attorneys. Tasked to also perform DBA role where my daily responsibilities were to set up and create new user roles, perform backups, check health of the database, perform any needed performance tuning and general troubleshooting.

Fidelity Health Care, Kettering
Administrator Health Care System
Was tasked to perform daily administration duties for the company's primary health care management system residing on an AS/400 box remotely located at Miami Valley Hospital. Duties included writing scripts, maintaining users, monitoring DASD usage, monitoring performance, and producing reports for Medicare Audits and various management needs.

Atlantic Research Corporation (ARC), Fairborn
System Analyst/Programmer
Was tasked to write, modify, and perform daily testing of code that was utilized in missile guidance systems for the USAF and DoD. Provided customer support as needed and worked with several different teams on the project as both and analyst and a programmer for various needed tasks on the project.
