- Single point-of-intelligence for a $10M account providing wireless data services to a mobile workforce of over 13,000 service technicians and to a deployment of over 14,000 network operations vehicles. Performed as systems engineer, project manager, technical consultant, and coverage analyst. (5 indirectly supervised.) Identified and resolved technical problems that would have impeded successful vehicle deployment. Analyzed massive network and service application data that resulted in new service software releases.
- Responded to requests for proposals with technical solutions to meet the customers' wireless data needs.
- Special Projects (Billing and Collections Liaison): By means of process analyses and identifying customer needs, created and implemented new processes that resulted in improving billing accuracy from 60% to over 99% and in collecting over $800K in account delinquencies.

- On loan from AT&T to the Georgia Center for Advanced Telecommunications Technology (GCATT) as Vice President, Operations. As chief operations officer and strategist, led the programs to introduce remote health care and remote education into society. Also as Visiting Scientist to Clark-Atlanta. - AT&T Visiting Professor - Bell Laboratories. On loan from AT&T to Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Served as a positive role model, taught and motivated over 400 students, developed course curriculum, and identified areas for overall academic improvement.
- Member of Technical Staff, Supervisor - Bell Laboratories. Managed and directed a technical group from its inception; formulated and implemented a work plan in telecommunications numbering and routing which influenced domestic and international standards, AT&T network capabilities, and the manner in which AT&T provided its telecommunications services.
